Driven by a shared passion for creativity and connection, their partnership blossomed as they honed their individual skills in local salons. As they navigated the local salon scene, they discovered that their talents truly shined brightest when combined.

Fast forward 16 years of dedication, Brent’s mastery in cutting and styling complementing Carlyn’s expertise in coloring and extensions, the duo have become synonymous with top-notch hairstyling in the Coachella Valley. Their journey has been about more than just hair – it's about creating a safe haven where everyone is welcome to express themselves.

In 2017, they took a leap of faith and opened their first salon on El Paseo, a cozy retreat where clients feel at ease and inspired. With a growing team of like-minded stylists, Carlyn and Brent have cultivated a culture of inclusivity and warmth, embracing diversity in all its forms.

Their mission? To provide the best in modern hair trends and techniques while fostering a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. And now, they’re thrilled to announce the opening of their new, larger salon space in Rancho Mirage. This spacious and stylish location reflects their commitment to creating an even more comfortable and inclusive environment for their clients. Brent Basore- Owner/ Stylist

Meet Brent, a seasoned stylist with a passion for enhancing your unique features through expertly crafted cuts. With a prestigious background including graduation from the renowned Sassoon Academy and a former role on the Design Team for Alterna Haircare, Brent brings a wealth of experience to his craft. Specializing in dry cutting techniques, he excels in creating modern, lived-in looks that exude texture and movement. Eager to stay at the forefront of industry trends, Brent has recently expanded his repertoire through training with esteemed professionals like Gerard Scarpaci and Sal Salcedo. Most notably, he completed an intensive program with Brian Aguilar in Newport Beach in March 2021. With a commitment to providing guests with effortlessly beautiful hair, Brent is dedicated to continuous learning and mastering the latest techniques.

Carlyn Park- Owner/ Colorist

Her mastery extends to the art of blonding, where she thrives in creating vibrant, dimensional blondes that leave a lasting impression.

In addition to her prowess in color, Carlyn is proficient in the installation and maintenance of hand-tied and invisible bead extensions, having received training from Chrissy Rasmussen of the renowned Habit Salon in Arizona. She seamlessly integrates color and extensions to achieve a cohesive and stunning style that complements your unique beauty.

Valeria Contreras- Stylist

Meet Valeria, affectionately known as Val, whose lifelong passion for hairstyling has blossomed into a fulfilling career. Hailing from Los Angeles, Val’s journey into the world of beauty began at the International School of Beauty in Palm Desert at the age of eighteen. Since then, she has been driven by her unwavering dedication to her craft, constantly seeking inspiration and growth through ongoing education and certification programs.

As a licensed cosmetologist since 2014, Val’s journey has been enriched by five years of invaluable experience assisting and learning from industry experts Brent and Carlyn. Now, she proudly stands alongside them, bringing her expertise to the forefront. Val specializes in a range of services including color, highlights, hair extensions, keratin treatments, and styling.

With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Val approaches each client’s unique needs with creativity and precision. Whether she’s transforming your hair with vibrant highlights, seamlessly blending extensions for added volume and length, or smoothing locks with keratin treatments, Val’s passion shines through in every service she provides.
